Limited availability for this first taster Retreat.
There are 3 single occupancy rooms available in a beautiful self-catering house in Drumnadrochit. You are welcome to stay in another hotel, B & B or campsite in Drumnadrochit. Please be aware that accommodation is hard to come by in August, so let us know if you would like a room in the house.

This is a complimentary retreat to mark the beginning of the wild swim well-being retreats in the Highlands. It is requested that you contribute £100 towards transport costs. Food options will be a group decision.

Being in or near water has proven to have health benefits. This is your time to allow yourself to immerse in the beautiful Highland landscape and take time for you.
WELL BEING THROUGH WILD SWIMMING & CREATIVITY
Creative / Swim Retreats
You are in safe hands with Margaret Soraya. A competitive swimmer in her more youthful days, Open Water Swimmer for 12 years, and Qualified Outdoor Lifeguard. Creative leader and all-round caring person.
7am - Dip in Loch Ness. Soak up the morning sounds and peacefulness. Tea or juices by the loch and a cosy blanket to wrap up in whilst enjoying the views. Photography opportunities are at the best in the early morning.
10am - Long shower or bath to warm up ad refresh, followed by nutritious breakfast.
11am - Get together for inspirational discussions and workshops around a specific theme. Photography / writing / journaling.
Free time - explore, create or rest
4pm - Trip out to Glen Affric for forest bathing, mindful walks in some of the most beautiful landscapes you have seen. Practice your chosen form of creativity or simply soak in the Highlands. A final dip as the day draws in.
7.30pm - Dinner
