This lady is one of my heroes. My life changed when I read her book "Quiet". If you revitalise through quiet alone time, have your best ideas and are at your most creative by yourself or are quietly spoken, opting out of the spotlight in many ways and feel pressured by society to change, do yourself a favour and read her book or watch her TED talk on introverts. The way you see yourself will change instantly.
Introversion is not something that needs cured. It is a great strength and a trait that runs through many of the world's greatest leaders and inventors. .
